From MYTHS, CHAPTER TWO, ECHO AND NARCISSUS

Working on the final writing of MYTHS OF HELICON MOUNTAIN:  Here's an excerpt from Chapter Two, after Urana arrives in Thessaly and meets Hellen, son of Deucalion (of Deucalion's Flood):
Hellen rose to his feet and stretched.  His figure cast a long shadow across the ground. “In Thessaly, the Titans and their people dwell on the mountaintops.  It’s Athena’s law. When you are ready, Princess, I’ll take you to your mountain.  I have one in mind; perfectly located for your father Poseidon.”
“I fear you’ve misunderstood,” Urana said. “Poseidon remains at Dodona Springs. He didn’t come with us.”
“Oh, he’ll be here, and soon!  The Titans rule in twos, male and female together, as you must know, and when Athena hears about Poseidon, she’ll send Lelex and Megarus to fetch him.”
It was at this point that Urana understood.  She was to be the queen of her father’s mountain.
